Someone has fed you a line of stinky dookee my friend. I'm in Florida and have dealt with Spot Color since they got started. They absolutely provide the best static screens and re-stretching of static screens that I've seen in my 10 years so far. I have S-mesh screens that are almost a year and a half old and still within the specs of Murakami. I've never had statics do such. They have always stood by their products and offer great service. Nobody is perfect, but they will go above and beyond to do what you want and need. There are plenty of suppliers for the products that I buy from them local to me, but, with the particular products we buy from Spot Color, none of the locals could match what they do for us. That being said, always be leary of a competitor smack talking a supplier, low blowing goes on all the time, just to steer folks in a direction, for me, that is the first red flag. An unhappy customer, well, I'd let spot color know who that place is, and I guarantee you, if the complaint is legit, they will go above and beyond. Best of luck to you!
